Construction & Materials
The outer shell is hand-crafted from new, 99.6% pure copper, 1.6mm thick and sourced directly from the mill—never recycled. It features a light aged, hammered finish, adding texture and a naturally time-worn elegance. The inner shell is made from heavy-duty, ¾" thick CoreAcryl, a premium double-skin acrylic that offers exceptional durability, insulation, and an easy-clean surface.
The copper exterior fits precisely into a custom-formed groove beneath the roll top of the CoreAcryl tub. Both shells are supported by a robust steel frame with four height-adjustable foot supports—ideal for leveling on uneven floors and securing the tub firmly in place.
Unlike many two-layer tubs, the inner and outer shells are structurally joined via the support frame, forming a single, unified unit. However, the shells can still be easily separated and reconnected if needed for access during installation or service.
The result is a solid, well-engineered bathtub that combines the warmth and artistry of hand-crafted copper with the strength and performance of modern CoreAcryl construction.
Installation & Maintenance
This tub is exceptionally simple to install. The standard 1.5" drain outlet can connect directly to either a PVC hub fitting or an island floor drain with tailpiece, offering flexibility for various plumbing setups. With no exterior piping or tubing required, the tub can be placed freely anywhere in the room, leaving only its beautiful, sculptural form visible.
An elegant slotted overflow is seamlessly integrated into the tub design and connects internally to the factory-supplied floor drain—no additional pipework is needed. The high-gloss white ‘Firm Touch’ drain stopper adds a clean, minimalist finishing touch that complements the tub’s interior.
The inner shell features a slip-resistant, high-gloss bathing well that is both safe and easy to maintain. Routine cleaning is effortless: a soft cloth and a mild liquid soap are all that’s needed to keep the surface looking like new.
Exterior Finish & Care
The hand-hammered copper exterior is finished with a light aged patina, offering a soft, weathered look that continues to evolve over time. After the initial patina process, a protective wax is applied to seal and enhance the finish with a gentle, natural sheen.
As the copper ages, subtle variations and slight dullness may develop—this is a natural and desirable part of the living finish. If you wish to maintain the original look, a tin of the same natural wax and a soft fiber cloth are included. A quick wipe and buff will restore the original luster in seconds.
Air Jetting
Our ultra-quiet air jetting system uses a high-efficiency blower that gently warms the air as it operates. This air is delivered through 12 jets positioned along the tub floor. While the air is warmer than the bathwater, it may still feel slightly cool on initial contact. When activated using the wireless handheld remote, the system releases thousands of air bubbles that rise around the legs and lower back, creating a soothing and refreshing massage effect. With adjustable speed control, you can choose between a soft, calming bubble experience or a more vigorous sensation.
Air System Maintenance
A built-in self-sanitizing feature automatically activates 20 minutes after the blower is turned off, running a two-minute cycle that purges and sanitizes the air lines with ozone-infused air. This process keeps the system odor-, mold-, and bacteria-free, with no maintenance required by the user.
